Ubuntu The Icetea Plug-in Don't know how to Download

I've tried sooo long! Please someone make my day and help me, it'll mean the world to me! I was playing runescape and then a pop-up plug-in thing came up, I said restart later and then boom RS crashes...can anyone help me with Downloading this? I've checked on ubuntu Site and can't find it. I got to this page on ubuntu this is what I need to *download* but I can't find the download on the page!

If anyone knows where or how to download this web browser plug-in it'd be much appreciated. I don't have the admin. Password so I can't just go and download it...I have to download it manually if anyone was wondering. Please...I really want to play Runescape I crashed while in a important time. I can't say enough...it's 1 A.M. at the moment, I've spent the last hour trying to find the fix...I know it's this dumb plug-in but I can't find the manual download...I'm probably looking on the wrong site. Can someone help me fix this, Thank you VERY much.

It's available as a package through the standard package manager. Just go into aptitude and search for IcedTea. From the command line it would just be:

sudo apt-get install icedtea-plugin

That should be all you need to do.
