UDIMM and DIMM RAM

I have a Asrock B250M Pro4 motherboard with Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 2400 UDIMM (PC4-19200). I ordered extra RAM which is a Samsung DDR4 2400 (PC4-19200) aswell but DIMM instead of UDIMM. Will these two RAM sticks work as dual channel on my motherboard?

udimm is simply un-buffered ram which is most common except in the server market. However it is always prefered to buy ram in kits so they are tested and known to work together. I myself have had good luck in adding ram without issues. Good luck!
