UDMA33/66/100 ? Who knows?

I have recently acquired a Western Digital 20.5 GB HDD. On the bios screen it comes up with "Ultra DMA mode 4". What does this mean? How do I find out if it's UDMA 66 or whatever?

Mode 4 means that it's running at ATA66. Mode 5 is ATA100.
