UEFI BIOS update problem

I have GIGABYTE Z68XP-UD3 and have F10 bios i like update to U1J.
I try with @BIOS and Q-Flash and when i trying my PC give this message " BIOS Vendor is not correct "

wrong BIOS for your motherboard, or put it on a flash drive and flash the BIOS from within the BIOS, also check if you uncompressed the file

When updating from F10 to U1J, use only the utility attached to your downloaded BIOS file.
