UEFI changes are not saving. Settings are stuck in one place.

I have a laptop with UEFI firmware. I wiped the Hard-Disk of it with bootable partition manager (fill all sectors with zero 0). This lead to my firmware/UEFI to not detect anything at all. Any thing I connect to USB is not detected so I cant re-install any OS. Plus whats worst is that in UEFI settings, any changes I make are not saving. They are stuck the way they were before the wipe. Everytime I select "save settings and restart" I goes back to the way it was. Neither is the "reset to default settings" is working. HELP!!!

Solution
You deleted and erased all partitions, including the recovery partition? Most laptops include a method to recover; as an example, my Dell laptop includes a tool to create a factory recovery on an external USB hard disk. My Lenovo is different, but it allowed me to create a recovery DVD.
