UEFI compatible motherboard?

I have a DX4870 motherboard.
I need a UEFI BIOS to connect my new GTX 960.
I dont have "UEFI Firmware settings" just "startup settings"

so I would like to know if this one is compatible for a download to UEFI
or what motherboards can I get to that are compatible.

something with easy set up, haven't gone as far as upgrading a motherboard before.

It has to be hard coded to use UEFI and you don't need uefi BIOS to install GPU.

thats what they said, and when I plug it in my pc doesn't boot up properly
