Question uefi defaults have been loaded

this appears on my screen when i turn on my computer i turn it on and it shuts down then turns on again and it appers anyone now what it means

i have tried fast boot and secure boot disabled but i can't see press F1 if there is an error section. but it still turns off and back on and comes up with same message when I shutdown my computer properly and then turn it off at the power switch then switch it back on again. so I have no idea what to do



it does it everytime i turn off the plug at the power socket and then turn it back on again can anyone hlep me with why this is happeing. i did a thread as well on windows 10 forums here is the link

added a new cmos battery seems to be not doing it now
