Hi, I restarted my pc and it was working fine until that restart. I get the uefi black screen and it says F1 to load default uefi, F2 to go tu setup. I got that message maybe few times before but when pressed F1 I could boot to my windows, its not the case this time. This time it only restarts my pc and im in a loop. I tryed tweking bios settings and when i change something settings restart again like i did nothing. After 2 hours of experimenting with all the tips i saw on the internet I booted into windows one, and i restarted it again to see if i fixed the problem and the same message again apears and cant boot again into windows. And when i do what i did last time that i booted it doesent work anymore.

This is definitely a BIOS issue. Also your motherboard is pretty old and it may have started to fail. However clearing the CMOS should help avoiding this issue for the time being but unfortunately you can't fix it permanently. I've seen a lot of old motherboards develop similar issues until they completely fail. So you have to make sure that the CMOS is indeed getting cleared. You have to follow the manual's instructions but also add some additional steps.

1)Unplug the power supply from the wall.
2)Turn off the PSU switch.
3)Try to turn on your PC (in order to completely discharge the PSU's capacitors).
4)Remove the CMOS battery.
5)Put the motherboard CMOS jumper in the right position or if your board has a button in the I/O panel press it (this is where the motherboard's manual will help you).
6)Wait for 1 minute.
7)Put the CMOS battery back, plug the PSU into the wall and turn the PSU switch on.
8)Try to boot.

If this doesn't work your only choice left is to try to re-flash the BIOS. But in order to do that your have to able to load the BIOS and your BIOS should give you the option to perform an update within the BIOS/UEFI environment. But I don't know whether your BIOS does have that capability. Finally keep in mind that if the motherboard (or the BIOS chip) is indeed failing, you may not be able to complete the update process thus killing the motherboard completely. Therefore you have to proceed with caution but I'm afraid you don't have any other alternative. Good luck.
