[SOLVED] UEFI Question

I want to clean install windows 10 again. I installed windows under Legacy format last time, and want to do UEFI now. Under System Information screen, it says Legacy.

My motherboard is The Gigabyte Z370P D3. It's modern and should support UEFI right?

What are the steps to install Windows 10 in UEFI. TY

hi, to disable legacy mode, go to bios and disable legacy/CSM mode

I remember doing that, it wouldn't allow me to install windows on my SSD for some reason.

u will need to wipe your ssd, windows will let you install it then

Jut use MBR2GPT utility to convert from legacy to UEFI. After that change BIOS settings.

When do I use it? As I'm in the Windows Setup screen ready to install on my ssd?

First - determine disk number for conversion.
Then use command to validate conversion,
then perform conversion using /allowFullOS switch.
