Question UEFI settings for Ryzen 5 7600 ?

Hello, I would like to know the bios/uefi settings that I need to change for my Ryzen 5 7600 (non X version) in order to make it work normally, without over voltage or over clock.
Currently I have VID 1.269-1.369V while running occt on the all cores of the CPU and the max temperature is around 80 *C.
Also I saw in HWMonitor that the maximum voltage per core is 1.406V. Are these values normal ?
I was using HWMonitor to read the temperatures and voltages.

I have activated PBO in bios and I also activated EXPO.
My specs are:
Gigabyte B650 Gaming X
Ryzen 5 7600
cooler Aqirys Uranus White
2x 8GB DDR5 5200
RTX3060 12GB
M.2 PCI-e SSD
Seasonic GM-650 psu

What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard?

I am using the FCd version of the bios.
The board version is 1.3 if this make sense.
