Ok so my ASRock 990FX extreme 3 MB will recognize that I have a USB drive. But it will not run the win10 bootable iso drive. I made the drive with Rufus according to how uefi needs it to be. But it will not run it. If I make the USB drive the #1 boot option it just goes to a screen that says plz insert a boot drive or restart. If I press F6 on boot to run flash it says the drive has no image. I'm starting to really get frustrated with this.

Solution
Assuming you really could create Win10 UEFI install USB ( it is not that simple ):

1) Is Win10 image 32 bit or 64 bit? You can not boot to a 32 bit image on 64 bit UEFI, the disk will not be detected as bootable. The same is also true when you try to boot 64 bit image on 32 bit UEFI ( realistically this only happens on tablets)

2) Is the BIOS set to CSM compatibility mode ? In older UEFI systems CSM mode and UEFI mode were exclusive, meaning you could not install UEFI OS in CSM mode.

3) Are you sure that the Rufus setting for GPT/MBR etc are correct ?
