UEFI Windows 7 Install Error

Hello !
I am having Windows 7 Ultimate in BIOS/Non-UEFI mode.
But, I want to try the UEFI mode, whenever I go to install Windows 7 in UEFI mode (Yes I select UEFI from BIOS too) and run CMD and run GDISK & convert my MBR drive to GPT it does it.
When I go to install Windows on my old partition (In which Windows 7 <NON UEFI> was installed) it says to make it Windows.old folder. I press ok and after when it gets on Copying Windows File 0% I get a BSOD with the error code "0x0000001E KMOD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". Please help me to install Windows 7 as UEFI without losing data.
Also, I am doing all this to get UEFI BIOS which my MotherBoard supports otherwise I am not interested in UEFI OS.
So, another question is - Do I need to install UEFI OS to get UEFI BIOS?

Specs=

Motherboard = Biostar H61MLV3 (Site which show that it supports UEFI 2.3.1 -http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=724

OS : Windows 7 64bit

RAM : 4GB

Processor : Intel Core i3 3220

GPU : AMD RADEON HD 5450 2GB (ASUS)

HDD : 500GB Toshiba (I dont remember the model no.

Or you can get Windows 10 and not have to worry about this...

The same error comes with Windows Vista,8,8.1,10 and no, this was not helpful...

OH I SEE,

You cannot change the partition from MBR to GPT, or BIOS to UEFI style of booting without Formating the whole harddrive.
You need to backup first then format then it'll let you install.

My hard disk is already of GPT form and I have nothing to backup right now, maybe I will get a 500GB HDD today

UEFI Mode has special partitions that are needed in order to boot.
Hence why you need to format the harddrive.
