Sorry man the image is burry can not see the text. If your getting high CPU usage its either driver or an application. Check the task manager processes. Or does it stops after a restart?

yes, please click on/show the 'processes' tab, not the 'users' tab...

It shows Task Manager Processes with a single gmail address using 83.1% CPU with a total of 100% being used

From the yellow Stop Benchmark button, I can say that you were benchmarking. No wonder why your CPU's being utilised!

but it says my user only uses 60% of cpu and the system uses 80% why is that? also its on high usage without benchmarks

well i resetted my whole pc a day ago

by reset do you mean you installed windows from the web site complete install using usb/disk or you used the menu in system to reset it to make it like new ?

i would definitely do a virus scan also you try to boot in safe mode see if problems still there ?

it mite also be just a dodge driver so safe mode would rule that out i think

if its just a problem with chrome mite be hardware acceleration / running in background its on by default in settings near the bottom 🤔
