Ugrade GPU fail

I have a ryzen 1600 with B350M gaming pro from MSI and i put my old 710 Geforce on that... Everything works fine...
But when i upgrade my GPU up to 1060 6gb all i see is just a black screen

I'm using samsung standard screen with 1360 x 768 resolution...
Is there any connection between the screen resolution with the GPU??

Yes i use a vga to hdmi converter.. But it works well...i've tested to my laptop

Did you remember to connect the 6 pin power connector to the 1060? Your 710 didn't have that connection.

Did you remember to connect the 6 pin power connector to the 1060? Your 710 didn't have that connection.

I have connect all of the pin connection.... Ez debbug led also didn't blink... But all i get was only black sreen...

Download the drivers for 1060 , unnistall the 710 drivers with DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Change the video cards and install the drivers for 1060.

Already tried this.. But still black screen all i got

I don't have any other pc to test the gpu... Is there any other way?

Hmm... plug in another monitor in it, on other outputs as well... If nothing works, try to take it to a local shop and have them test it. If it doesn't works as well, you'll have to RMA it i'm afraid.

It works... I have to use the Display Port instead the HDMI
