uhd tv to soundbar how to connect soundbar has to rca audio outs

have tries headphone connector get sound from soundbar but remote volume on soundbar doesn't work only tv volume makes it work!!!

So use the TV to change volume. Not a problem to me, just a quirk. As SB vendor why.
