Uhm... Monitor bottleneck?

I have a 60Hz monitor, does it mean my fps will be limited at 60 fps even though it displayed as 100-200 fps?

Yes, you will only be able to see 60 fps on that monitor, as it simply cant update any faster, however it doesnt stop your graphics card run faster than that. You will get visual artifacts though such as screen tearing. You could turn on vsync though to sync them both to 60 and have no issues.
