UI hidden popups

Friends,
Is it possible for your advice on ui hidden popups, i have never had them before and dont know anything about them.
The problem is my internet keepes crashing or cant load pages, when i log off it come up with the not responding box of the ui hidden pop up on close down. Is there any way to remove these or stop them doing this.

Any information will be grateful.

can't stop this box because it comes up after IE crashes, it's telling you that IE crashed the computer, yes I know it and you know it but MSFT thinks you are stupid

Do you know anyway around this or why it is doing it, it is every time i connect to IE but i have never had this problem before.

I seem to think it started after i updated to IE8 with XP sp3
