UIFI on Z270X-UD3

I can't seem to set uefi on my mobo?

I have converted HDD to GPT 5-6 times, and it is GPT.
mobo won't boot to it

seems to be some setting in Bios for UEFI

you need to install the windows in UEFI mode when you boot from Pendrive it shows you that boot from USB drive UEFI mode

I am not sure i am understanding?
I have trued to install windows10, and it said it would not install on GPT

I installed it on MBR, and converted it to GPT.
HDD is GPT for sure, but Bios will not recognize it

I am befuddled
