Question UK Local Experience Pack keeps updating

Hi all
Every time I get "updates" from Microsoft store the above keeps updating.
I've unintalled and reinstalled to no avail and run "wsreset.exe" but still no joy.
Is there anything else I can try?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Look in Update History for any failed or problem updates.

Try "dism" and "sfc /scannow".

which version of win 11

1. right click start
   
2. choose run...
   
3. type winver and press enter
   
4. current version is 24H2
   

run windows update today? If you on 24H2 and haven't, SFC may not work properly... they fixed it in a recent patch.

I got That UK pack myself today, but I have only had 24H2 for a few days, so I don't know if that is a bug or not.

Why is that a problem?

My Windows Store shows that it was modified today, and it also tells me that an update is available. Perhaps it's one of those things that updates frequently . I don't see it as a problem.

According a thread on Microsoft Answers it updates regularly but not everyday.

I'm on 23H2

I tried dism and sfc /scannow but it's still doing it

It would be naive to assume that everything you read on Microsoft "Answers" is the right answer.

My UK Local Experience Pack updated itself yesterday, and today, the MS Store told me that a new update was available. It doesn't bother me in the slightest because the download is tiny, I don't notice it happening, and my computer is running fine.

I still think that you're trying to fix a problem that's not actually a problem.

EDIT: If it is a bug with 23H2 then a future Windows update may correct it.

I am in UK.. mine updates VERY regularly.. may be 4 times a week? I dont fret about it... assume it MS messing about.

It will probably randomly just stop one day, when someone at Microsoft either notices or fixes something else that is making it do it. The Xbox games bar would update itself everyday too until they fixed it.

I can't check myself as since I updated to 24H2, Reliability Monitor will be reset and won't show all the updates. That is where the Shop updates generally show

Another (12MB) update was available this morning so I've been getting them everyday so far. Like you, I'm not fretting either.

I've made my point so I shan't bother posting any more on this minor issue.
