Considering all the issues I have had with the three 7-2013s and the number of people on Google's N7 forum experiencing almost all the same issues (mainly GPS, touch screen and random freeze/reboot) across 3-6 replacements, I am almost surprised there hasn't been a recall, class-action or something. I have a hard time imagining people getting that unlucky with getting a 'good' device without this being a design or manufacturing problem.

Give it up buddy, this tablet is the best 7 inch tablet in the world! It crushes the apple mini and NO ONE BELIEVES you ever had one let alone 306 replacements!
I bought 6 ipad minis and had in total 12 replacements in the end I had to return them all and get my money back. Then I bought 10 nexus 7 for about the same price and they all work.

I've had nothing but problems with the Nexus 7. Unresponsive touchscreen and crappy wifi, and I'm not the only one. The first generation was better in both cases, but dreadfully slow.

On all three 7-2013s I owned, I had a combination of touch-screen, GPS not working, freeze/reboot, random WiFi disconnects and other issues. The first one had chronic touch issues (nearly unusable at times) while the third one had the worst freeze/reboot issues. The second one had nearly every issue known in the N7's forum but to a lesser extent than most reports.
Going back to my 7-2012 is a little painful in the patience department but at least it works properly.
