Uknown wireless traffic slowing down network

A few weeks ago, I noticed my home internet slowing down to ridiculous speeds. The internet and wireless lights on my router are flashing constantly as if something is downloading.If I turn off the wireless on my router, the network is perfect.

I lined up all the devices in the house and deactivated the wireless on all of them - still those lights flashed. I logged in to my router on my PC and all the devices were accounted for except for one,
which I then blocked and I changed the wifi password. And it still didn't fix the problem.

What else should I check, or what can I use to determine where the issue is coming from?

Try to white list devices on your wireless settings if that doesnt work then factory reset your router and see if that works.

No internet of things (IOT) devices? No video doorbell? WIFI thermostat? Changing the WIFI password should prevent even the IOT devices. Do you have a dual band router? Could the traffic be on the other 5Ghz band? Do you have a guest WIFI network setup?
