Does anyone know for certain if it has NFC or inductive charging integrated?
I'm disappointed my Nexus7 2nd gen can't use Google Wallet due to a lack of security chip, and my S4 Active is forced to use ATT's app instead.

It will have NFC, and just like the current Nexus 7 it won't have a security chip. Apparently this is to make NFC easier to adopt for 3rd parties. Google Wallet is apparently also coming to the Nexus 7 with KitKat. All according to Android Police.
