So I'm building a new gaming pc and I'm upgrading to a Ryzen PCIe 4.0 build. I just wanted to share with you guys what I have so far:
Total - $1457
A few adjustments I was thinking to boost overall performance:
- Upgrading the current GPU to the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070S OC 3X 8GB (This $100 increase will slightly break over the budget but with immense improvement)
OR
- Replacing the current GPU with AMD Radeon RX 5700XT 8GB GDDR6 RAW II Ultra ($30 cheaper and will optimize the PCIe 4.0 slot)
Any suggestions on what I should add/change? I'm thinking there might be some better cases or power supplies for similar prices.
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - $270
- CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 CHROMAX.BLACK - $100 (Expecting to maximize OC)
- Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE - $200
- RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3600MHz - $84
- GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 8GB 2X - $400
- Storage: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 M.2 Drive (1TB) - $200
- PSU: Cooler Master Gold 650W 80+ (Fully Modular) - $95
- Case: Antec Dark Fleet Series DF500 RGB (Mid-Tower) - $70
- upHere 120mm RGB Fans (x6) - $38
Total - $1457
