the build that you have mentioned is too costly for me and the prices of the components are quite high in that site . please see my specs and then prefer the components . iam going to get them from MDcomputers.in or flipkart ( in flipkart also the price of some components are high then the usual price .

G.Skill RipjawsX.

http://www.flipkart.com/g-skill-ripjawsx-ddr3-8-gb-2-x-4-gb-pc-dram-f3-12800cl9d-8gbxl/p/itmd2rysqgrmywpa?pid=RAMD2RYRAZDXEMNE&ref=L%3A4213591331354330992&srno=p_4&query=g+skill+ripjaws+x+2133&otracker=from-search

If you are not going to overclock or anything, no need for an after market CPU Cooler. However, SSD would be a good idea since windows will boot faster from SSD and games and other programs will load faster. But other than the data transfer rate increase, if you are not able to afford it, no need. It could be added later as well. But it should be at least 128 GB. That's it.

CAS Latancy ids also mentioned as CL in some modules.

Column Access Strobe (CAS) latency, or CL, the difference of moment a memory controller tells the memory module to access a particular memory column on a RAM module, and the moment the data from the given array location is available on the module's output pins. In general, the lower the CL, the better.

Ram of different frequencies have different lower CAS latency levels. But it is the data transfer rate that comes into picture. 2133mhz ram can transfer more data per second than 1600mhz. CAS Latency even though higher in a faster RAM Module of higher frequency, should deliver better than a lower CAS Latency slower RAM Module.

Better go with lower CAS Latency. The difference between these RAMs Based on CAS Latency is very limited. But if you could find a 2133 mhz RAM with a CAS Latency of 9, that would be the best one. even 10 will do in that case. CL11 in 2133 mhz is roughly equal to RAM with 1600MHZ & CL9.
