The question is
Do I go with Threadripper 3970X or threadripper 3990x or Intel i9 10980xe

And regarding the monitor is
PG43UQ is the best or there is something higher and better I can go with

And what about that windows 10 pro cannot handle cpu more than 32 core and it will loose the efficiency if I go with 3990x 64 cores

Plese advice

Can you tell us how you came up with this build? Did you research any of these parts or did you just go through PCPP and pick the most expensive thing possible?

I ask because this system is on another planet compared to anything you'd need even for the highest end gaming and/or streaming. For example the amount of ram, this system will be obsolete before you'd ever need that. And what in the world do you need 2 14tb hard drives for? SLI is basically dead for the 3000 series GPUs so buying 2 is near worthless except for the couple of games that natively support multi GPU.

My point is you could build a system for around $4k that would game just as well for just as long. That is the question you should be asking, so if you have read...
You are going for gaming right?
Then threadripper isn't as bad as it used to be in gaming, but a core i9 10900k would be much better.

Maybe for the actual editing it will be worse, but it's not a big deal for most stuff.
This is a colossal waste of money to be honest with you.

Those 256 gigs of ram will never ever be used.
And for 4k, even 144hz, 2 3090s is not only overkill, SLI is dead.
You will get slim to none benefit of those 2 3090s.

For a system this high end, having storage on it is pretty dumb.
If you needed mass storage for important files or for archiving your vods, a seperate NAS would be better.
Also, even for that monster of a machine, 1600 watts is overkill.
1200watts would be just fine.

400+400 for gpus, 250 for cpu, 100 or so for peripherals and other, still 1150 watts under full 100% synthetic load that would never happen IRL.

Do you plan on playing on a 43 inch monitor? To me that would be wayyyy too big, but depending on your setup it would be okay.

I used build from website called techbuyersguru.com

I don't see anything like that on there. I'd like to see the article if you have a link.

And whoever created it shouldn't be giving advice to anyone. They should go back to swapping power supplies and hard drives on used Dells.

If you want many of us here can come up with a realistic ultimate gaming PC, it will perform better at gaming and streaming or whatever you want than that dumpster fire for less than half the price.

Follow this guide in creating your reply right here in this thread: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/how-to-ask-for-new-build-or-upgrade-advice.528714/

Go back to my post earlier and follow the instructions on how to ask for a new build. Then those of us here will reply with an appropriate and budget conscious build that will fit all your needs.

Anyone can go through a list and pick the most expensive parts. And often end up with less performance.

In speccing out a PC, each part should have a justification as to why it exists.

256GB RAM? That's 200GB wasted RAM and money
28TB of Barracuda Pro, @$1100? Why?
2x 3090 SLI? What reviews have you seen where this is a benefit?
etc, etc....

If you intend to do video editing, for your youtube channel, then that system would definitely get the job done, but it is still overkill. Even this is probably overkill, but it is a more sensible approach for a machine that will double duty as a gaming, and video editing machine.

I like it but I think you can pull a grand off that without losing anything at all performance wise.

Gone with a ryzen 9 and twin nvme drives + a decentish 4tb storage/backup drive.

That second nvme will make a very good scratch disk for recordings etc.

2x 2tb nvme gives you plenty of room for os and games too.
With a YouTube channel the last thing you want is to mess around editing out loading screens etc, with these drives there will barely be any.
