Question Ultimate performance plan isn't working

I got a new pc. Control panel only shows balanced as an option. When running command prompt as admin using powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61 it doesn't change anything. I've tried restarting, PowerShell, admin app or not, nothings seems to work. Any advice?

Well, that code was working a week ago. Have you had any windows updates since then?

looks the same to me, but I don't have it enabled.

That just resets the balanced plan, that's the only plan I can see

Make sure any power utility from OEM is not installed, like Dell Power manager. If so, uninstall the same beforehand.

Then use the pow files from the link below which holds good for Windows 11 too.
