Ultimate Question

Hi all,

I'm trying to build a budget/high-end gaming machine. My build is here --> http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=19953486 and I was wondering, AMD vs Intel?? I can afford the build listed above no problem, but I had a thought, what if AMD does better for gaming? So please respond so if there is a change in my mind I can change my build accordingly and maybe save some money to put it towards other parts (SSD, gaming mouse, gaming keyboard, etc.) Thanks in advance
