I am building a new computer with the following components:

ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3
i5-2500k (planning to OC) w/ CM Hyper 212 Evo Cooler
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850
2x 4gb patriot gamer 2 RAM
Blu-Ray Combo
Western Digital 500gb Caviar Blue
in a CM 690 II case, which comes with 3 case fans.

The PSU I am looking at is the Ultra 650W, which comes with a lifetime warranty and is only $55 right now. I have seen similar builds with more power, but have also read that many overestimate their power needs. Would I have any problems running this system with that psu?

Thanks in advance

Solution
Ultra is not know for high quality PSUs; they've made a couple of decent ones but I think that was by mistake. That particular PSU is a new series with little info on it. One really bad indication is that the 650W PSU you linked can only provide 456W on the 12V rails. Compare that with the Seasonic M12II-520 that can provide 480W on the 12V rail and you should understand that this particular Ultra 650W PSU is a POS. Considering that the Seasonic is just a few dollars more, is 80+ Bronze, has a 5yr warranty, rock solid rails, and is made by the arguably best PSU mfr; I would would buy it over that Ultra any day of the week. If you're worried about the lifetime warranty...good luck with customer support.

That TX650 is also made by Seasonic - great deal and way more than the OP needs for his sytem. Like HF said it can handle his sytem and any OC that he would want to do...it could also handle a CF of 6950s with an adapter to give more 6pin PCIe power connectors.

Thanks for the advice. I got an email this morning from Newegg with an Antec 620W for $35 after rebate and promo code. Is there any reason to stay away from that PSU? I'd like to save the $20 over the Corsair, but its not worth getting a bad PSU since the $20 disappears pretty fast once you start shipping defective parts back for replacements.
