Hey friends, so I messed up BIG time yesterday when installing my pc parts again. Basically in short I forgot to ground myself and then I overloaded my computer when I gave it power
Now my cpu mobo and ram are toasted however I still thing my disk drawer, psu and HDD still works

So all I need is a cpu mobo and ram

I just want to go on a super tight budget because why not. I just wanna see if I can get atleast consol setting on a budget less then the price of a consol

So my budget is £135 and I know that seems crazy but I found that I can get

AMD x4 845
(AMD Athlon X4 845 Quad Core Processor(3.8GHz,2MB Cache,FM2+ Socket)- Silver https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01BF376EI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_S52pCb5JJM22X)
F2A68HM-HD2

(GIGABYTE GA-F2A68HM-HD2 Motherboard with FM2Plus HDMI 1.4 Dual-link DVI Socket - Black https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00TFUERRS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_f52pCb5GGW11E)

Asus geforce 710
(Asus 710-1-SL NVIDIA Gt 710 1 GB Passive Cooling Pci-E Graphics Card https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01AY793MY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_G02pCbZECD1MKnd)

ddr3 1x8gb ram
(Memory Module - SODIAL(R) 8GB PC Memory Module RAM DDR3 PC3-10600 1333MHz DIMM Desktop For AMD System https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01DXBL79A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_LV2pCb5EB7K17)
This its self is pretty solid for a cheap budget I even managed to slip in a graphics card (previously I had amd a6 7400k
F2A68HM-HD2
And ddr3 1x8gb ram but in new build I got a better cpu and a graphics card)
So either way this build it much better but I want to know if anyone has any better suggestions for £135 budget

Solution
What is that system going to be used for? I wouldn't waste a dime on a pre-Ryzen platform and save ~100 extra Euros to go with:
- Ryzen 2200G
- 2x4GB of DDR4-2800 or better (would strongly recommend 2x8GB for gaming)
- B450 motherboard
- No GPU (the IGP is far more powerful than a GT730)

This configuration will be far more usable for the foreseeable future with the option of slapping on a much better CPU later. Well worth the extra ~100 EUR IMO.
super budget or not getting any build with an athlon X4 would be a really bad investment.

it would be best to build around the newer ryzen based AMD Athlon 200GE. that CPU can be found for under $100.00 and gives you a modern build that will allow you to upgrade to a better ryzen CPU down the road without replacing the motherboard.

After the pc overloaded I was confused and turned it on again and the psu seems to work because everything turned on but obviously there was no picture
I'm not sure how I'm gonna confirm that my HDD works also my disk drawer hasn't worked for a few weeks now but I see no point in it

How do you know that hardware failed, and not something else, like the power supply? Did you test all the individual parts with another system? It's also possible that you might have just not connected a cable properly or something. What kind components does the system currently have?

It's possible that you could have damaged something, but it seems pretty unlikely that "not grounding yourself" would have damaged multiple components. The chances of static discharge damaging components tends to be pretty low.
