Ultra cheap gaming computer?

I am wondering what the cheapest gaming computer I could build would be. Minutes the operating system and other peripherals would be best.

I would just be playing lighter games on out bothering too advanced the games would like Sims 3 age of empires 3 etc.

I could use some really old hard drives but the biggest one is like 200 GB Sata drive.

That is a nice Motherboard for FM2 a good start to move on to a A8, A10 APU or Athlon X4 750 and discrete card later on. For Light to Moderate Gaming APU's really work well for the price.
