It's good, but some parts I would've change.

CPU Cooler: I wouldn't go with that. The ''Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler'' Is the best Air Cooler out there.
Motherboard: I would go with Asus Maximus VI Extreme. The best mobo's and Asus makes the best ones. Well, I saw that your Mobo was 600$, so I would find the BEST Asus mobo for that price, if u really wanna go high on it.
SSD: I would go with Samsung 840 EVO 1TB. These are quality SSD's. I think it's the best ones that is out there.

These are the only changes I would make. Much better quality, and also overrated.
