Question ultra low frame drops and laggy audio video

my system suddenly lagging so much and every video of youtube is lagging even the sound is lagging and i am getting like 5 to 10 frames only and my monitor also blinks when i try to play any video it goes off and came bak in 2 3 seconds
please helpp
