Ultra Low power usage?

So I attempted to find something on google but couldnt really find anything that falls under what I am looking for. I am looking for an ultra low power usage system that I can run windows off and a server that uses less then a gig of ram and the computer needs no more than maybe a gig or two of hard drive space on top of what is needed for windows. I plan on using this as a server for a game I host that uses very little power. I plan on using a battery backup that will be able to keep the server up for as long as possible. So the less power it needs the better at the moment I only have a 1050va battery backup but I plan on getting something larger maybe 1500va but I need a computer that can run on that for as long as possible. If anyone has any ideas for a computer please link me.

First thing you need to do is find out the specs needed to run the server for your game. And why do you want to run that on battery instead of wall power?
