Will the Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply work with my system?

Intel core i5 3570k

8Gb g.skill ripjaws 1600mhz

Gigabyte GTX 660 ti

Coolermaster HAF 912

MSI Z77A-G41

500gb hdd

I just want to know if this psu will even run this setup, iv heard some good things about this psu and some very very bad things about this psu.....

It may be ok; ultra isn't a tier one brand last time I checked, but if you've already got it, then I wouldn't return it. I use antec and ocz in my systems.

I did get it, but only about 2hrs ago. If i can im going to cancel the order and get a CX 500
