Ultrawide Monitor Resolution stuck at 1920X1080

I got the LG 25UM58, capable of 2560 x 1080 at 75Hz, but in Windows 10, it won't let me go higher than 1920 x 1080.

I have an AMD 8350 on an ASRock Extreme 3 R2.0 with 16gb ram and an EVGA Geforce GTX 750ti with 2 GB GDDR5. Connecting the Monitor with an HDMI cable.

Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be? Or where I might be able to manually change the setting?

Something you can try if Windows 10 isn't allowing you to set the resolution is going into Nvidia Control Panel and changing the setting in there.

Right click on the Nvidia symbol and then click Nvidia Control Panel.

Make sure you install the driver that came with the monitor.
I had to do the same with my 34UM57.
