Ultrawide with ps4 help

Evening, what i wanted to ask is that is there any way i can crop my ultrawide monitor 21:9 to fit rather normal looking with a ps4? like a crop setting or is there something in the setting of the ps4 that can help me, so far it has grey bars on the side of the screen and the best image i seem to get is cinema 2 but it's still to stretched.

I would certainly check your monitor for such a setting.

Not that familiar with the PS4, but I imagine it only really has outputs for 16:9.

Yes i have cinema mode 1 and 2 both stretch and cut the 16:9 image and it looks awful 😛 anyway i think it would be a waste of time trying to fix it until they add fucking ultrawide support for consoles.
