[SOLVED] umm. My finger started the computer. how did this happen?

I was working with the two cables to the motherboard that turns the computer on and My finger turned it on!?! I so confused!! how did this happen?

Solution
It was plugged in.
The switch on the PSU was ON.
A bit of static electricity from your finger created an arc across the two pins to start it.

Could do that with a screwdriver, a penny, or...apparently your moist finger.
All it needs is a momentary short across those two pins.

Here's the much bigger question: why are you inside your PC with the power supply plugged in or switched to on?

As for your other question, you'll do better with a full set of specs and as detailed a history of the problem as you can put together. Can't really tell much from a handful of blurry pictures.
