Reinstall your graphics drivers, or update them. If you're using Nvidia. Geforce Experience is a great tool to check if you're up to date.
I noticed the 'Microsoft Basic Render Driver'
This usually means your gfx card isn't even configured yet for use. i.e, you need drivers.

Go to the 'Display' tab for me, that's where your gfx card is listed.

do you have a graphics card installed on your PC? Right now you're defaulting as if you have none.
If you do, go download the specific drivers for your graphics card.

Usually you'd get a CD from the graphics card's manufacturer.
However, trying downloading 'Speccy'. It's a very small tool that shows all advanced information about your PC. And we're looking for your GPU information specifically.

Official download page: http://

EDIT: Was replying while you typed the second response.

And that's great. And yes, download those too.
