Ummm would this power box be compatible with this motherboard (wire wise)

While that is one of the few CM PSUs that doesn't suck, as the product of a willfully dishonest company, I cannot recommend it.
Today, there's a shellshocker on the Seasonic X650, for only $80 after a $15 MIR.
There is no single video card that needs more than this, and this PSU will run two of all but the highest-powered cards (you could run 2xHD7970 on it, easily).
