un able to add a device to the inbuild bluethoot of my hp 2000 running win 7

I can see that sonia has almost the same problem with me lewt some help me out. however, it seems all are correct ie bluethoot driver and the emulator. but still when ever search for a device it fails.

What device are you searching for? You have to make sure the device you're searching for has the option ON for allowing it to be found.
