Un-reliable SSD

Hello,
I have problems with 2 SSD that I used for less than 2 months of random use in a Netbook.
Intel Series 320 80GB SSD (BIOS Problem) and Kingston 3k 240GB SSD that died in 2 months.
What would be the best SSD to use in a RAID 0 configuration for Intel Intel Core i7-3770K & ASUS Intel® Z77 Express Chipset MB?

You won't gain much performance running raid with ssd's and is most likely not worth it. If one of the ssd's go out, then you lose all your data.

What problem are you having with the other two ssd's?

My Intel Series 320 80Gb SSD was dead after my netbook battery was down and the charger was not connected to it. The Intel SSD became 8Mb and cannot be repaired with Intel's BIOS update software that they posted in their web-site.

The Kingston HyperX 3K SSD 240 Gb SSD simply can not be found in the netbook after a few months for which I seldom use it with Windows 8 Professional. I had my MacBook Air
running Mac OSX and using Bootcamp to run Windows 8 Professional as well.

I am getting a
Corsair Force Series 3 90GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Drive (SSD), Read: 550MB/s Write: 500MB/s, includes 2.5" to 3.5" bracket (CSSD-F90GB3-BK)
as replacement for the Intel series320 80Gb SSD from my dealer.

Hope the Corsair SSD with the new SanForce 2200 controller works better than the last two SSD I had in 2012.

What is your opinion on using SSDs that was made in 2012 or later?

TRIM is it only works in Windows 7 and Windows 8 only computers?
