I just installed new mobo and video card last week.
I tried to reinstall windows Xp from copy of my windows cd but when I boot from the cd, it said missing ntldr, press ctrl+alt+del to restart.
Then tried burn different copy of windows xp and it did the same.
Check ide cable and everything is connected properly, changed the cable from master to slave but still the same.
Do you guys know what was the problem?
I am assuming problem is coming from cd rom since I tried two different copy of cd but the result is exactly the same.
Any comment will appreciated

I just ran into the same error while installing a new HDD. I've forgotten the solution but it may be that you need to create and run the XP set-up disks. See this article;
