Question Unable to access bios after posting

So after setting up my new pc, I turned it on and it goes the post screen. It has the ROG logo and says to press f2 or delete to access bios. However, when I press delete or f2 it doesnt respond. I thought it was maybe a keyboard issue so I tried two different ones which both light up but dont seem to do anything. Everything thing else works fine but I just cant seem to access the bios

Are you spamming the F2 or delete key really fast? (obvious question but sometimes people only press it a couple of times.)

Yeah I've tried spamming it as much as possible and doing long presses. No combination of pressing f2 or delete seems to work
