Unable to access CentOS server by IP

I have a simple problem with a CentOS/Samba file server that I just built. I can access the server/shares in Windows if I use the host name of the server. However, if I try to access it via IP I cannot (it does ping). What could I be missing?

Apparently I have been mistyping the IP address this whole time. I've been working on this project for way too long apparently...
