Unable to access file in temporary directory

Hello,
I do not have much computer knowledge.
I have Windows 8 installed on my laptop
I purchased avs4you converter and when I went to install it I got "unable o access fie in temporary directory" message
Can anyone help me out
PS As I have little computer knowledge any advice needs to be in simple terms

It sounds like maybe the account you're on doesn't have admin-level privileges.
