I just finished upgrading my PC, everything boots up, looks perfectly fine. I restart it and boot it into BIOS because I know the RAM speed is currently at 2133 instead of the 3400 on the RAM. I enable X-AMP and it switchs to the 3400 profile and then restart. Then the CPU red LED troubleshooting light turns on in the motherboard and there is no output on the display. I unplug my CPU cooler and check out the CPU and everything looks fine. I'm not quite sure how to reset the bios at this point since there is no display.

here are my specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/TheBoax/saved/#view=dcwDcf
