Solution

That means your install media is broken, follow the instructions at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media to make a new install disk and try again.

Go to your Bios & change the Boot Option to CD/DVD drive

look at the disk your using make sure it says windows 8 on it and not the mb driver disk. in the bios set the cd rom as first boot device. if you need to download new iso for free from microsoft and use there free iso to usb tool to make a new bootable usb stick or cd.

Unable to follow your instruction because I was unable to find update->recovery->boot
but I got
search > advanced startup option > advance startup >restart now > use a device > cd/dvd drive
doing so I got the following message.
reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

even after updation of boot option priority I am getting the " reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key." message
