I have a homebrew PC (first build) that was running perfectly fine except that it wasn't detecting the second ram stick I had installed. As in, I was running windows 10 and using the computer for a week already. On g.skill's advice I reset the CMOS. It's still not detecting the ram stick. But now the ssd does not appear in the boot priority. It is recognized in storage inofrmation NVME. How can I get the system to recognize there's already a windows 10 installed on the ssd and have that available in the boot priority (and boot from there)?
I've tried removing the SSD and rebooting to bios and then adding it back with no success.
OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: ASUS Tuf Gaming x570-plus wifi
SSD: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1tb
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 3900
RAM: 16 gb G.skill ripjaws v ddr4
GPU: Gigabyte Geforce rtx 2060
No HDD
