[SOLVED] Unable to boot into a dual boot window 7

It was working, but when I changed the size of one of the partitions, one of the partitioned is now unbootable after the size changed, but I can get access to the partition files but can't boot into it.

Use bcdboot command to fix bootloader.

If you need specific instructions, then post screenshot from Disk Management
(upload to imgur.com and post link).
