Unable to boot into windows or reinstall windows (Blue Screen)

I just recently installed a new motherboard so i assume its related to that. When I get to the login screen i can put in my password then after about 2 seconds of loading it will "crash" and this will come up https://i.imgur.com/yQ5wZeP.jpg This screen also will appear sporadically when performing certain actions such as trying to boot in safe mode simply restarting my computer etc... I decided to just wipe my drive and and start from scratch however after like 50% it will crash and this screen will come up https://i.imgur.com/GC25Kgk.jpg. Please help

it might be a problem with the drive. although i did run into this problem with the inaccessable boot device on my PC before but that was when i tried to enable intel's rapid storage tech option in my systems BIOS. i would check that in your BIOS first

always?
if so, then your HDD/SSD got bad sector(s).
so every time windows try to access that area it give you the error....
